We value your feedback as it helps us continually enhance your shopping experience. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the following information regarding our returns, refunds, and exchanges policy.

Return and Exchange Period: You may return or exchange your item within 7 days of receiving your order. Please keep in mind that the return period commences from the day your order is delivered.

Refund Eligibility: If more than 7 days have passed since the package tracking information confirms delivery, we regret that we cannot offer a refund. Please note that the cost of shipping for a return is your responsibility. Additionally, ensure that the tracking number for the return shipment is sent to us within 3 days after we acknowledge and approve your return request. Failure to provide this tracking number within the stipulated timeframe will result in the cancellation of the return process.

Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in its original packaging. Partial refunds may apply in specific situations, such as when an item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error. In such cases, a full refund may not be granted.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us using our contact page, and we will provide you with detailed return instructions.

How to Return an Item: If you discover a fault with an item or have received the wrong product, kindly reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return via email at sweetsentimentalsgifts@gmail.com or by using our "Contact Us" page. Our dedicated customer service team will assess your return request and provide further instructions if your return is approved. Returned items must be in their original packaging, inclusive of any accessories, manuals, and documentation. If the product's condition is not deemed acceptable upon return, we reserve the right to withhold a refund or exchange. Please note that items damaged due to customer mishandling are non-returnable. Returns made without a receipt may be declined. You will receive the return address after obtaining approval from our customer service team.

Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items: If the item(s) you received are defective, incorrect, or damaged, please contact our Customer Support team to initiate the return process. Be sure to provide the following information:

  • Order number
  • Proof of purchase (Order Summary)
  • Video or photo evidence of the faulty product In some cases, you may be required to provide video or photo evidence of the defective product to support your refund or replacement request.

Refund Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email within 3-5 business days regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 7 to 10 days. The actual processing time may vary depending on your bank's procedures. Please note that your refund will deduct the original shipping cost. Additionally, you are responsible for covering the return shipping cost unless the return is due to damaged packages.

Holiday Season Returns: During the holiday season, purchases made between November 15 and December 29 will have an extended return window. All items purchased within this period must be postmarked and returned no later than January 6.
